Anjing Food Group Co., Ltd. was established in December 2001 and was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in February 2017 (stock code: 603345). The company is registered at No. 2508 Xinyang Road, Haicang District, Xiamen City. It mainly engages in the research and development, production, and sales of frozen hot pot ingredients (mainly frozen fish paste products and frozen meat products), as well as frozen noodles, rice products, frozen dishes, and other frozen foods.

For over 20 years, Anjing has worked tirelessly and made progress. The company has established eleven production bases in China, including Xiamen in Fujian, Minsheng in Wuxi, Anjing in Taizhou, Anjing in Liaoning, Anjing in Sichuan, Anjing in Hubei, Anjing in Henan, Anjing in Guangdong, Anjing in Shandong, Xinhongye Food, and Anjing in Honghu. There are also holding or participating subsidiaries such as Wuxi Anjing Food Marketing Co., Ltd., Xiamen Anjing Frozen Mr. Supply Chain Co., Ltd., Anshan Anrun Food Co., Ltd., Hubei Anrun Food Co., Ltd., British Kung Fu Food Co., Ltd., and Hubei Xinliuwu Food Group Co., Ltd. The company has established a marketing network that radiates across the country and includes nearly 50 liaison offices and independent workstations. It has now grown into a well-known and influential frozen food enterprise in China.

The company's marketing model includes distributors, supermarkets, special direct sales, e-commerce, etc. At present, the company has nearly 2000 primary distributors. Supermarket customers mainly include RT Mart, Yonghui, Wal Mart, Suguo and other chain stores. In the direct sales channels of Tetong, the company has established long-term cooperative relationships with catering customers such as Xiabu Xiabu, Haidilao, Tongdelai, Yonghe Dawang, upstream supply chain enterprises of listed companies in the leisure food category, as well as new retail customers such as Guoquan Shihui. In terms of e-commerce business, the company has opened flagship and self operated e-commerce stores, and its products are sold on e-commerce platforms such as Tmall and JD.com.

The company has over 10000 employees in total. Since going public more than five years ago in 2017, the compound growth rate of the company's revenue has reached 28%, and the compound growth rate of net profit has been nearly 36%. Both key indicators are far higher than the industry average growth rate and significantly higher than the growth rate before going public. The operating revenue from 2019 to 2021 was 5.267 billion yuan, 6.965 billion yuan, and 9.272 billion yuan respectively, with a compound growth rate of 32.68%; In the past five years, the cumulative total tax payment of enterprises has reached 2.008 billion yuan. In 2021, the company achieved a revenue of 9.272 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 682 million yuan.
